I know some people were disappointed that I didn't write anything. But there is just so much one can take when it comes to bugs and crashes. Too bad. On itself it's a nice add-on but the issues that came with it spoiled it for me.

There have been calls for me to write for the add-on as I currently own a guide to both TS3 and TSM. The game's support and user experiences are so low I just haven't brought myself to do it.

If you purchased Sims 3 Plus Pets there is an insert included inside the case that says 'EXCLUSIVE Limited Edition Content!' Use the code on this to install your game. I'm not sure why this works, but I decided to try every code I could find while I was on a ridiculous hold for Technical Support. The game is installing now. Hope his helps.

As far as I know, the codes are always located inside the box. Usually on the back of the manual or on a leaflet. Try to look again. If there is nothing there, was your box unopened when you bought it? If not, go back to the store and ask for a new one.

I wish I had a solution but I don't. You could always try the official forums, or well I guess this doesn't help if you're a new user and can't get the game to install. Although. You could try registering on www.thesims3.com then go into your account, enter one (or all?) of the codes. This should at least unlock the option to use the official forums.
Then complain there, they have to help you.
I hope the issue gets resolved!

i entered the code above the sims 3 and it doesn't let me press continue. i thought it was the disk so i exchanged it for a new one at the local gamestop but the issue still occurs. i was hold with ea tech support for 2 hours and no one came to help me.

This is a garbage update. Custom Content Doesn't function afterwords. We have to wait for EA to update it again and fix the error.

October 21st is right as well, since that is the UK release date.
Glad you have the game, have fun finding the unicorn. It's pretty random as far as I know.

:woot: Lmao that was the funniest preview I've ever read, poor Birdie Marshall, but interesting to know not even birds on a perch are safe from cats lol! How cute were Oopsy-Daisy, GooGoo and BaBba lol, love them!! Loved the ghost horse as well! LOL to the comment about the lady being disgusted over the horse, you're right she's much more disgusting herself in that outfit lol!! I've never been a horse person myself, but horses are definitely going to be the first pet I'll be playing, then followed by dogs lol!! Sooo cannot wait to play this!! XD
