Hello everyone.

Happy Halloween! Another week has passed and it is time again to share with you what's happening with The Sims 2.

Another addition of the FAQ section where we address your pressing questions and issues of the week:

1. What build and buy mode objects can be placed in diagonal walls?
   You can place windows and doors in diagonal walls. At this time we are still exploring the details around other objects.
2. Will the Newbies and Goths be in The Sims 2?
   Yes, of course. It wouldn't be a Sims game without them.
3. How long will each lifespan be?
   Each Sim lifespan will progress thorough six different stages: infant, toddler, child, teen, adult and elder. As Sims age into elders, they will live long enough to experience their grandkids growing up. The exact time table, in game time, has not been finalized.
4. Will there be divorces?
   Yes, the Sims will be able to get divorced.
5. Will Sims know which room is theirs, and not sleep in their parents room, and parent sleep in the kids room?
   They will not initially automatically know to sleep in their own bed but you will be able to teach them to.

What would an email from Luc be without a glimpse at the latest imagery from the game? We are in the family way this week as we share with you two new images. Here's an adorable image of how toddlers will be represented in The Sims 2. Check out the outfits as well! Baby Gap has nothing on us!

And here's an image of a mother and father Sims as they await the arrival of their baby Sim. This is truly a moment that is unique to The Sims 2.
