Whether you're looking to own that luxury home, or just simply want a new wardrobe, everyone could use few more simoleans in their bank account. Here are the top 3 tips for making bankroll in The Sims 2: Open for Business.
- Showcase key products, don't hide 'em: Think like a salesman. Who's going to see your best items for sale when they're in the back of the store? Showcase them to window shoppers and passersby. Doing so will create street buzz on your product and increase your chances of having additional customers to stop by and make that purchase.
- Keep your customers coming back for more: The ultimate goal is to make a sale, but is selling that one item per customer sufficient? Sims will leave once they have satisfied their shopping need; the key is to get that need back down while they are still in your store. Try using your social interaction skills to engage Sims in lengthy conversations. By the end they may be ready for shopping round #2!
- Prioritize your goals and become a baller: Think long term, instead of just making a quick buck. You don't have to sell items above wholesale cost for your business to profit. Although you may be making money, your Sims customer loyalty will be affected. Remember this: high customer loyalty helps drive up your business value, so when you're ready to sell your business, you'll be that much closer to becoming a Sim-ollinaire!
